Dans le cadre d’un projet d’\u00e9tudes, ce projet prend place dans le centre bourg de la commune de Nay dans les Pyr\u00e9nn\u00e9es-Atlantique. Ancienne bastide et commune en position centrale dans la communaut\u00e9 de communes, Nay d\u00e9cide de se pourvoir d’une m\u00e9diath\u00e8que, de salles de cin\u00e9ma et de locaux associatifs ou de tiers lieux, cet ensemble formant le centre culturel du Pays de Nay. Dans ce projet la culture est au centre du dessin architectural tant dans la structure du b\u00e2timent, des mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s pour sa construction, mais \u00e9galement dans le dessin des espaces ext\u00e9rieurs qui sont en continuit\u00e9 de la place de march\u00e9 existant, formant ainsi un tout coh\u00e9rent. Cette r\u00e9ponse au concours lanc\u00e9 par la communaut\u00e9 de communes se veut simple dans sa distribution et sa lecture spatiale tout en offrant aux usagers le plaisir de d\u00e9ambuler dans les diff\u00e9rents espaces du Centre culturel du Pays de Nay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
